Belong Mobile offers SIM-only postpaid mobile plans. These plans are focused mainly on those people who have high data needs. By default, these plans just have the power to receive calls and texts. Incoming is allowed. You need to recharge with a specific Belong Mobile plan to make a call or send a text.
Unused data can be rolled over to the next month. Telstra 3G or 4G network services is used for data availability.
