How to Access Optus APN Settings on Your Mobile?

iPhone – APN Settings

APN settings are automatically updated to YESINTERNET and MMS when syncing an iPhone with iTunes. MMS will work if MMS and Mobile Data have been enabled.

Turn OFF your Personal Hotspot on iPhone. It can be turned ON or OFF under Settings followed by Personal Hotspot. APN settings can be found on any iOS by the following process:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Click on Mobile Data
  3. Now tap on Mobile Data Options
  4. Click on Mobile Data Network to reach the APN settings.

Android Smartphones – APN Settings

To resolve any data issues, try restoring the settings to default. APN settings can be found on any Android smartphone by the following process:

  1. Select Settings
  2. Click on More
  3. Now click on Mobile Networks
  4. Tap on Access Point Names
  5. Select New APN to enter the details.

Windows Phone

  1. Open Settings
  2. Click on Access Point Name
  3. Click on Add
  4. Now tap on Internet APN
  5. MMS APN will open. Scroll down to view the APN settings.
