What services does Amaysim offer?

Amaysim is a Mobile Virtual Network Operator which runs on Optus’ 4G network. It is a SIM only cell phone service provider which has both prepaid mobile plans and monthly contract plans.

Types of Amaysim Mobile Plans:

• As You Go Plans: It is a prepaid based pay as you go plans. Its validity is 365 days. $10 per recharge offers you $10 calls and messages with zero MB data. If you wish to use the internet service, then you can avail extra data at the rate of $0.072 per MB of data.
• Flexi Plans: The Flexi plans act as a standard monthly agreement with no set of inclusions. You get unlimited calls and unlimited messages.
• Unlimited Plans: All the unlimited plans have 28 days validity. This prepaid option has unlimited calls and unlimited texts as one of its features. Data access is limited. You can avail extra data at the rate of $10 per GB of data.

Amaysim 5 GB, 10 GB, and 14 GB data plans offer you a discount of $5 on first 6 renewals. Offer ends on 29^th November 2017. Use promo 5OFF6. It has also launched new broadband internet services. You can get a $10 off your monthly bill on the 25Mbps NBN plan for the first six months.

How much does Amaysim cost?

Cost varies according to the plans. If the plan offers a lot of features then, the cost increases. All the Amaysim prepaid SIM-only plans offer unlimited standard national calls and unlimited messaging. Only As You Go $10- 365 Days plan offers $10 calls for $10 per recharge. Its validity is 365 days. However, rest of the prepaid plans has either 30 or 28 days validity.

Data access is limited to prepaid plans. You can avail extra data at the rate of $10 per GB of data. An exception to this rule is As You Go plan whose extra data can be availed at the rate of $0.072 per MB of data. Pricing on the unlimited tiers varies from $24.90 to $49.90 depending on your selection and occasional special deals.

Amaysim Mobile Plan Cons:

• Basic Plans: All the plans are basic in nature. Apart from international calling, there are no additional subscription services.
• No Contract Plans: There is no availability of subsided handset.

How to Recharge Your Amaysim Prepaid Number?

• Recharge online: Log into the My Amaysim web portal from your desktop’s web browser. Register to recharge your prepaid number or purchase additional services such as data top-ups. Payments are accepted via major credit cards or PayPal.
• Recharge using Amaysim app: If you need a handy app to recharge your prepaid number, then download and install Amaysim mobile app on your Android or iOS phone.
