OVO offers prepaid mobile services using Optus’s Australian 4G high-speed network services. It also offers data only SIM based plans for its mobile broadband customers. To use OVO mobile’s services; you would have to provide an unlocked handset as it does not sell its own preconfigured mobile phones.
